We aim to process orders within 4-5 business days and dispatch for shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on location and transit time begins once transfer to the shipping carrier is complete. Due to COVID-19, please note there may be delays.

 

⋅ International Shipping Policy ⋅ 

Mienne lashes are available for international, worldwide delivery. Please be aware that international orders take longer to process and estimated transit times are between 5-21 working days.

Please note that international orders may be subject to incur taxes, duties and/or disbursement fees which we do not cover. You will be responsible for any additional charges that may be applied once your order has reached the destination country. For clarifications on these charges, please check with your local customs body.

 

⋅ Return Policy ⋅ 

For health protection, hygiene purposes and as a result of COVID-19, we are temporarily not able to accept any returns. If you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us within 14 days to arrange an exchange. Items for exchange will only be accepted if all labels and original packaging are fully intact. You are responsible for the shipping of returned items back to Mienne lashes. All exchanges are subject to availability.
